The 3rd floor of Alexandre Valembois' mysterious lighthouse is a drawing room dedicated to the design of plans for the creation of the hydrafloat that will take him to Amerzone.

Another of Professor Valembois' creation can be found on this floor. This homemade television with its retro-futuristic allure, seems to be an ingenious marriage of technology and craftsmanship.
