In the depths of the Amerzone marshes, an ingenious mechanical crossing system takes shape among the ghostly silhouettes of ancient trees.

The Ovo-Volahos tribe, Amerzone's native people, have been highly skilled in engineering for millennia, and seem to use nature's resources to create astonishing mechanical systems based on wooden gears.

In order to accompany the chosen few through the swamps to the volcano and perform the white bird's egg ritual, huts are provided and linked by various mechanical air and river ferry systems.
